The beginning of the new year is the best moment to press the restart button. I recommend that the first week of the new year, that we take a look at where we are, how we achieved our financial goals over the prior year, and setting new financial goals for the upcoming year.

Here are a few tips to protect your home
• Check caulking around windows and doors to make sure that there is no deterioration: to help prevent wind driven rain from entering home.
• Might be a good time of the year (not today though) to trim shrubs and trees, especially limbs hanging over house
