CalPac is actively involved in the local community and is dedicated to improving the lifestyles of those around us. We stand by our tribute to “caring in color” and seek out opportunities to better the community through our company efforts.  Our community efforts consist of free clinics at our CalPac location, providing free meeting space to local partner nonprofits, and volunteer opportunities for local families to get out and make a difference. We invite you to be a part of our community efforts!

 

Free Classes

Each month CalPac is proud to offer free classes to our local neighbors to bring color and new experiences into your life. Here you can view our upcoming class offerings, and register for participation. The majority of our offerings are family oriented and we encourage you to attend with your children and friends.

 

• Planning your perfect room remodeling project:
  Come join us as we help you with the planning for your upcoming remodeling project. Whether your kitchen, bathroom, or outdoor living space we will help you identify the best paint colors and treatments to compliment your tastes and enhance the overall feel of your room. We will match up the best treatment options to your design, materials, and theme to fully complete your remodeling experience. We look forward to seeing you there!
  
  
• Selecting colors workshop:
  How do you know if the color you want for your room or house is going to turn out as perfect as you want it to? Are you really choosing the right shade of red, and do you want matte or semi -gloss? Join us for this free class where we review both paint colors and finishes to wow your visitors in the right way. We’ll help you enhance the look and feel of your home in this 2 hour workshop.
  
  
• Teaching your kids to paint:
  Join us for this free class designed around kid-friendly paint projects. You would be surprised how easy it can be to engage your children in home projects that are fun, rewarding, and simple. We will focus on some fun kid-friendly projects during this class, and send them home with a memento to remember your time together.
  
  

• My Life In Color:
  How do you best represent your life and who you are in the colors that surround you at home? Join us for this 2 hour workshop where we review the emotions and feelings that are reflected in the colors we choose for our home and surroundings. Whether you are looking for fun, energetic, and exciting; or calm, soothing, and relaxing we’ll point you in the direction to match color to mood. Tell your story in paint and color.
  
  

• The Basics to Interior Decoration:
  Looking to redecorate a space in your home and not quite sure where to start? Are you wanting to make sure the room is balanced, inviting, and functional at the same time? Join us for this free workshop on the basics of interior design and we’ll walk you through helpful tips and steps to assist with your next home project around redecoration.
  
  

• Landscaping 101:
  Are you ready to tackle your yard and not sure where to start? Wondering how to balance our your plants with other key features? Join us for this free workshop where we help you identify how to match materials, layout, and design with the impression you want to make on friends and family when they visit your home and tour your yard. We’ll review planning techniques and some of the latest features used in home landscaping projects to make your new yard a true focal point of the neighborhood.
  
  

• Choosing the right furniture:
  Join us for this free workshop designed around choosing the right furniture for you and your living space. There are so many options out there right now when identifying how to best furnish a room in your home. During this workshop we will review the features and styles to consider when purchasing new furniture for your home. Combining style, fit, and functionality we’ll help you identify what will work best for you, and create a welcoming environment for visitors and your family.
